This workshop is crafted for mother and daughter. It could also suit an aunt and her niece, sisters, grandmother/grand-daughter, trusted friends, or close connection relations of a younger + an elder!

Our time together is intended to be welcoming, fun, gentle, nourishing, supportive, and relaxed. We will have a fire to gather around on on a piece of land owned by my friend Katarina + family (Owner of Village Loom) with lots of cedar, willow trees, plants, along the Eramosa River.

This is an outdoor workshop.

“Cyclic Arts” is the name I have chosen intentionally for the art of learning the inner workings of what we generally know as the Menstrual Cycle.

Yet Cyclic Arts delves into not just the entire cycle, beyond when one would have their time of the month, yet also a deeper life-way of being, self care, nature connection, crafts, and a lot more!

This workshop is like a new path you may not have yet walked, and Cyclic Arts is the continual path onward, going forward in life. How far you go on the path, is up to you! May you choose what feels right in your heart!
