Workshop Content:

What will be taught is an introduction to the art and way of tracking ones own cycle, hence the name Cyclic Arts!

To open the workshop we will have a gratitude circle with song, and a game to bring us into a more playful state of being before getting into the core content.

We will touch on how and why, to track your cycle, the first 2 phases of the menstrual cycle, followed by a break for lunch, with the other 2 phases being covered after lunch.

Anticipate learning about 1 local plant ally to support the body, as well as crafting your own natural salt scrub to take home!

The workshop will be completed with a closing circle.
